My work is an invitation—to explore, to feel, to awaken parts of yourself that may have been quiet for too long. I guide people into deeper connection with their bodies, their desires, and their full range of emotions. Through touch, breath, and presence, I create spaces where you can soften, surrender, and rediscover your pleasure.
My background weaves together Tantra, conscious rope work, and de-armouring, offering a unique approach that bridges physical, emotional, and energetic release. Whether in private sessions, group retreats, or immersive experiences, my intention is always the same: to bring you home to yourself.

My own sexual healing inspired my career shift from corporate business, to working with sexual, personal and communal empowerment. So, after 20 years in a corporate environment I took the leap and decide to take full responsibility for creating the life and business I feel called to.It makes me absolutely devastated that so many people, especially women aren’t connected with their power, their pleasure and their bliss. I know what that feels like, because I used to be disconnected from my sexual self, I felt hollow inside and felt like something essential was missing in my life.I thought I was broken – One day about five years ago, I decided – no more!
Life is too short.
I deserve to feel magical and magnetic and enjoy all the wonderful pleasure available too me. Since then I have explored my body, mind and sexuality. I have practiced Tantric and Taoist sex practices, I trained to become a Tantra Therapist with Lin Holmquist at The Art of Love. A long journey of self discovery and reconnecting to my own pleasure is the most important and fully embodied knowledge I have in this work. I studied to become a Tantra Therapist and explored pleasure in all ways I could imagine. With practice and patience, I found healing and transformation – amazing pleasure and orgasms, freedom and expression, a love relationship with myself and a deeply embodied confidence and trust in my own ability to be a sexual woman. My God how I have transformed… And this is only the beginningI have trained to become a Yoga teacher, Coach, Tantra Therapist and many other interesting things so far. I am a mother and my passion for slowing down and levelling up is now bringing me to facilitating spaces for embodiment and authenticity. To creating community and sharing my knowing with couples and individuals.
